Parham “Ben” Javaherizadeh

Mr. Parham Javaherizadeh, the founder of J & M Legal Group, exemplifies success through hard work. Mr. Javaherizadeh is an immigrant who fled the political and social turmoil of Iran in search of personal freedom. Upon his arrival in the United States, he decided to pursue a career in law to protect those who, like him in his mother country, did not have the means or the wherewithal to protect their rights. Although he worked several jobs during high school and college, he remained determined and succeeded in attaining his law degree and certificate of dispute resolution from the prestigious Pepperdine University School of Law.
Mr. Javaherizadeh has established J & M Legal Group, a firm dedicated to advocating for individuals who are unable to defend their rights or navigate the complexities of the legal system. As a personal injury lawyer, Mr. Javaherizadeh understands the challenges of dealing with insurance companies and negotiating settlements that accurately reflect the financial, physical, and emotional toll of personal injuries. His expertise extends to litigating cases to ensure clients receive the maximum compensation they deserve.
With years of experience handling personal injury claims, Mr. Javaherizadeh has successfully represented numerous clients in cases involving automobile accidents, slip and fall incidents, wrongful death claims, and other personal injury matters. He is deeply committed to fighting for justice and ensuring that those who have been wrongfully injured receive the support and compensation they need to recover and rebuild their lives.

Mr. Javaherizadeh earned his Juris Doctor (law) degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. He also holds a certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute, which has been ranked the best program for dispute resolution in the nation for 11 of the last 12 years. Prior to law school, Mr. Javaherizadeh earned his B.A. Magna Cum Laude in History at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2012, where he graduated at the top of his class.
